Karen Kingston
Karen Nekedra Kingston, formerly Karen Davies,1 is an American biotechnology analyst and marketing executive based in Carlsbad, California.
Education
Kingston graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.2 She was later accepted into the Executive Business Program at Harvard University.3
Career
Kingston began her healthcare career volunteering in a hospital pharmacy in 1995.4
Kingston worked as a cardiovascular healthcare representative for Pfizer from 1996-1998. She worked as an account supervisor at CDM New York from 1998-2000, where she was “integral in the relaunch of Viagra by shifting focus of the campaign to younger men and establishing the clinical relevance of sexual health to overall wellness.”
She held a similar position at Allergan from September 2000 to August 2002.
Kingston launched KDI Consulting in 2001 or 2002 as a strategic marketing and operations consulting firm. She worked with the Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation in the branding and development of business standards for RedScript Ventures.
In January 2005, Kingston became a Senior Vice President at The Access Group. She worked there until February 2007. In September 2007, she founded Varitage, where her clients included Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, among others.5
She served as a board member of Ophthalmic Women Leaders from January 2010 to January 2011. She joined Immudyne as Chief Marketing Officer in February 2013, where she created and commercialized the iNR Start line of products. In September 2013, she founded Love to Succeed.
From July 2014 to March 2017, Kingston worked as US Marketing Director for InnoVision Labs. In April 2017, she began working at Transiris as Director of Business Development, remaining there until January 2019.
COVID-19
In May 2021, Kingston founded MiFight. MiFight Inc. was incorporated on July 9, 2021 by Lovette Dobson, a potentially fictional or “assumed name of a person associated with one or more companies, including but not limited to ‘Incfile.com LLC’ and ‘QuickCorp’ that handle registrations and incorporations for a fee.”67
